Apple Health & HealthKit
Our apps that integrate with Apple HealthKit comply with Apple’s HealthKit Guidelines. Health data accessed through HealthKit is used solely to provide the features of the app to you, and is never used for advertising, data mining, or any other purpose beyond the functionality of the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Our apps are not medical devices. Mileage tracking and related features are provided for informational and personal convenience purposes only. Do not rely on our apps for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spigarelli Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of our apps.
